REFUND POLICY

At Brethren, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you run into any issues with your order, we’ve outlined our return, refund, exchange, and store credit policies below. Please review carefully before submitting a return request.

1. Returns for a Refund

  • You may return most items within 30 days of your original purchase.

  • All returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/accessories attached.

  • A $7.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • International orders are not eligible for refunds. If an issue arises, contact our customer service team for assistance.

  1. Contact Customer Service with your order number and request a return. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

  2. Complete the Return Form included with your package. Clearly list the item you’re returning, and the reason.

  3. Ship your item(s) back using the provided label.

  4. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days

  • Upon inspection, violations of these guidelines may result in:

    • A partial refund,

    • Denial of refund, or

    • Item(s) being shipped back to the customer.

2. Returns for an Exchange

If you’d like to swap an item for a different size or color:

  1. Contact Customer Service with your order number and request an exchange. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

  2. Complete the Return Form included with your package. Clearly list the item you’re exchanging, the reason, and the new product/size/color. (If you need a new form, you can download and print one from our website.)

  3. Ship your item(s) back using the provided label.

  4. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, exchanges will be processed within 2–3 business days. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card.

Notes:

  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

3. Returns for Store Credit

If you’d prefer store credit:

  1. Contact Customer Service with your order number and request store credit. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

  2. Complete the Return Form emailed to you and note “Store Credit” as your preference.

  3. Ship your item(s) back to us.

  4. Once approved, store credits are issued as an e-gift card sent to the email address used for the original order.

Store Credit Policy:

  • Store credits never expire.

  • They may only be used on our official website: www.brethren.store.

  • Store credits cannot be redeemed at third-party retailers.

  • International orders are not eligible for store credit.

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (please allow 48 business hours for updates).

  • If you do not receive your order within 7 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us with your name and order number.

5.  Damaged, Defective, Wrong, Missing, or Quality Concern Issues​

Report issues in an email with a clear photo or two of the problem with the item laid out on a flat surface within these timeframes (from date marked delivered):

  • Damaged items: 7 days

  • Defective items: 7 days

  • Wrong items: 7 days

  • Missing items: 7 days

  • Quality concerns: 90 days

* Items with these issues do not have to be returned, but we must get the photo so we can remedy the concern.​

6. Important Notes

  • Brethren only accepts returns/exchanges for items purchased directly from www.brethren.store.
